BOOKING PROCESS
So, how does it work?
Step 1
Contact us via Facebook, WhatsApp, email or our contact form with a brief enquiry, and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
Step 2
We'll get some more detail from you, in regards to dates, party sizes, budgets and specific destination or activity requests.
We also offer free consultation calls either via WhatsApp or Zoom, for those who prefer a face to face discussion.
Step 3
We'll present you with some quotes, tailored to your specific wants and needs, designed individually for you.
Step 4
When you're ready to book, we'll run through the holiday in detail, explain our terms & conditions and any applicable booking protections, then a deposit will be taken to secure your holiday.
If the quote doesn't suit, no worries! We can go back and amend as many times as you'd like, until its perfect for you.
Step 5
Sit back, relax, and get into holiday mode! We'll be on hand from booking day to travel day, and for everything in-between. We'll notify you about balance payments, help with online check in, provide you with any applicable booking documents and assist in booking any holiday extras from excursions, airport lounges, parking and even travel insurance!
